I was inspired to paint this portrait of Chelsey because Chelsey is a very intelligent 13 year old girl who wants to grow up and be the President of the United States and also because she is a really nice young lady. I used Terry Ludwig Soft Pastels and Sennelier Soft Pastels. The painting was done from an original photo that I took of Chelsey in her grandmother's back yard.
