PASSION - Passion or suffering
In the third image of the series, the tendency to tell stories increases.
If I were to choose a "fruit of love", I would choose a passion fruit, although the name is a double-edged sword, since "passion" can be both suffering and passion. But that is often very close in love.
I find this fruit to be very special. Its unspectacular to ugly appearance and incomparable taste are diametrically opposed.
With the pomegranates connects me a hot love for a long time because of their beautiful inner and outer shape. That's why they absolutely had to be on a picture dedicated to the passion.
My latest affair, however, are the currants, which were a pure joy for me to paint. I had already suspected that these small, somewhat translucent bodies would be very lustful to paint. And they did not disappoint me!
This painting for me is full of lust, love and summer, told with fruits and associations.
